A method and an apparatus for calibrating synchronization in a wireless speaker are provided to improve sound quality of the wireless speaker by synchronizing respective speaker modules in the wireless speaker. An apparatus for calibrating synchronization in a wireless speaker includes a transmitter and the wireless speaker. The transmitter provides audio packets. The wireless speaker is wirelessly connected to the transmitter and compares audio data time information which is included in the audio packet, with the audio data time information which is calculated when the audio packet is received. The wireless speaker reproduces the audio data. The audio packet includes the audio data time information, a start bit, an end bit, and the audio data.
