The device has reinforcement arms (7A, 7B) directly or indirectly fixed on front and rear lateral beams and in a median rear zone. A truncated pyramidal shaped resistive accessory part (10) has fixation zones (11A-11D) that are provided with resistant elements of a chassis and a support zone (12) that supports ends of the arms. The part is placed under a common place of a receiving cup that receives a spare wheel. The zone (12) is connected to the zones (11A-11D) by lateral and rear inclined planes to constitute the part, where the part has edges/foots situated at junction of the planes.
