rotor salient poles and stator salient poles arranged at an identical interval in the circumferential direction of the phase A, phase B, and phase C; a magnetic flux passing magnetic path as a magnetic path for a magnetic flux passing from the rotor salient poles to the stator salient poles of the respective phases to return to the rotor side; and substantially annular windings arranged between the stator salient poles of the respective stator salient poles and the magnetic flux passing magnetic path. The motor outputs torque by applying current of each winding in synchronization with the motor rotation position. A control device of the motor is also disclosed. Since the stator structure, the rotor structure, and the winding structure are simple, it is possible to improve productivity and realize high quality, small size, and low cost. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
