A cable protection and guide device is provided to perform straight movement and flexion movement by securing shape retention of a cable receiving space with torsional rigidity and to improve durability by preventing uneven abrasion or partial abrasion. A cable protection and guide device(100), comprises a pair of side wall portions(110), an inner circumferential wall portion(120) connecting the side wall portions to each other and outer wall circumferential portions(130) fitted to outer flexion portions of the side wall forming portions. A rectangular tubular cable receiving space(R) receiving a cable or the like is formed while being surrounded by the side wall portions, the inner and outer circumferential wall portions. In addition, the side wall portions include flexion restricting piece portions(140).
