A battery-combined mobile phone is provided to make a mobile phone slim comparing to existing mobile phones and prevent the loss and deformation of batteries by manufacturing a lithium polymer battery in the shape of a mobile phone case and forming a main body and a battery in a single unit. A lithium polymer battery, which adopts a gel-type high-molecular electrolyte capable of being manufactured in various forms, is manufactured in the shape of a lower case(34). The lower case(34) has a recess part(37) in which a main board(33) and a key pad(32) are embedded. Engaging with an upper case(31) in the shape of enclosing the main board(33) and the keypad(32), the lower case(34) is combined with the upper case(31). A protection circuit module(35a) to prevent the lithium polymer battery from being excessively charged or discharged is formed directly on the main board(33).
