<p>The system for connecting a deformation box (1) and spindle (2) of an automobile vehicle, comprises a unit for fixing a section (4) of the deformation box to an end of the spindle by a joining technique. The deformation box has a stopper adjacent to a frontal face of the spindle. The stopper is present in the form of a bulge matter directed towards outside or of an increased thickness of a wall of the deformation box. An adhesive outlet is arranged in an end (5) of the spindle. The connection of adhesive forms tolerance compensation between the fixing section and the spindle end. The system for connecting a deformation box (1) and spindle (2) of an automobile vehicle, comprises a unit for fixing a section (4) of the deformation box to an end of the spindle by a joining technique. The deformation box has a stopper adjacent to a frontal face of the spindle. The stopper is present in the form of a bulge matter directed towards outside or of an increased thickness of a wall of the deformation box. An adhesive outlet is arranged in an end (5) of the spindle. The connection of an adhesive forms tolerance compensation between the fixing section and the spindle end, and is carried out by a reactive substance, anaerobic hardening substance, physical hardening substance and thermoexpandible foam. An independent claim is included for a process for connecting a deformation box and spindle of an automobile vehicle.</p> |
