OLED DISPLAY DEVICE

An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device is provided to reduce an entire manufacturing process by omitting or reducing an adhesion process of a getter to a cover glass by forming a light resonant layer on a cathode directly or through interposition of an insulating layer. An OLED display device includes an organic light emitting laminate structure(20) and a light resonant layer(30a). The organic light emitting laminate structure includes first and second electrodes(21,22a) and an organic layer(23). The first and second electrodes are arranged to face each other and the organic layer is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The light resonant layer with a hygroscopic property is directly formed on a top surface of the organic light emitting laminate structure in a light emitting direction or formed by interposing an arbitrary transparent layer between the top surface and the light resonant layer.
