An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a protection sheet for the LCD and a method of manufacturing the protection sheet are provided to mix a light diffusing agent into the protection sheet to prevent the generation of a white spot in the LCD and omit a coating film so as to reduce the thickness of the LCD. An LCD includes an LCD panel(110), a light guide plate, a reverse prism sheet(124) and a protection sheet(125). The light guide plate is located behind the LCD panel. The reverse prism sheet is interposed between the LCD panel and the light guide plate and includes a plurality of prism patterns on the face opposite to the light guide plate. The protection sheet is interposed between the LCD panel and the reverse prism sheet and includes base material(125a) and a light diffusing agent(125b) mixed with the base material.
