The method involves removing a piston of a syringe provided at interior of a tubular body of the syringe, by control of an effort that is exerted on the piston, where the piston is located in the body. A needle protection cap of the syringe is pulled out by traction after immobilization of the body. A compensation depression is applied in the body, at the rear of the piston, for stopping extraction of a part of an active solution. The solution in a container (22) is totally emptied, and the solution extracted from the syringe is weighed. An independent claim is also included for an installation for implementation of a method for controlling a syringe.
