A flame retardant elastic pavement material is provided to prevent the occurrence of fire by forming a flame retardant layer with a flame retardant material. A flame retardant elastic pavement material includes a flame retardant layer(400) formed by applying a flame retardant material on the surface of a surface layer(300) formed on the uppermost layer of an elastic pavement material, wherein the flame retardant material is formed by mixing waste polyester fiber crushed into a diameter of 0.01~1mm and a length of 0.1~2mm with adhesive binder. The flame retardant elastic pavement material also includes an anti-frost layer formed by mixing 40~60 weight percent aggregate having a particle size of 10~60mm and 40~60 weight percent reclaimed rubber chips having a particle size of 1~20mm, a permeable base layer formed by mixing 60~70 weight percent aggregate having a particle size of 5~60mm, 5~10 weight percent waste tire chips having a particle size of 8mm and below and 25~30 weight percent adhesive binder, a surface layer formed by mixing silicon chips having a particle size of 2~5mm and color chips having a particle size of 2~6mm, and a flame retardant coating layer formed by applying a flame retardant material on the top of the surface layer. |
