METHOD FOR THE FABRICATION OF ORGANIC-BASED SOLAR CELLS USING BRUSH PRINTING RESULTS IN THE ORDERING OF MOLECULES

A method for fabricating an organic solar cell for inducing molecule arrangement using a brush is provided to eliminate the necessity of a vacuum chuck and enable formation of a film within a few seconds by using a brush in a process for forming at least one layer of constitution elements on a substrate. A substrate, a transparent oxide electrode layer or organic electrode layer, a hole transfer layer, an optical active layer and an electrode layer are stacked as constitution elements in an organic solar cell. In all or part of the constitution elements, molecule arrangement is induced by a painting process using a brush. A roll-to-roll system can be additionally used in the painting process.
