<p>An oil fluid prevention apparatus of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent inflow of air to an oil strainer and to suppress a lowering effect of oil pressure in an oil pump. An automatic transmission case(10) is filled with oil. An oil strainer(30) is installed near to a bottom surface of the automatic transmission case. An oil pump is formed to perform a pumping operation in order to supply the oil through an absorbing port, a filter, and a discharging port to a valve body. A gate(60) is rotatably coupled around a hinge shaft(70) on a lower surface of the oil strainer. A forward rotatory angle of the gate is limited in comparison with a backward rotatory angle. The gate is coupled with a protrusion(12) formed at the automatic transmission case in order to limit the forward rotatory angle.</p> |
