A toilet bowl and a cyclone type purifier are provided to discharge the metabolic waste easily and to save water when cleaning metabolic waste by pushing the waste in a sanitary pipe through a rotary sanitary device. A toilet bowl comprises a toilet body, a sanitary pipe, a sanitary device, and a rotary body. The sanitary device pushes the waste in the sanitary pipe. A water tank(215) has a hip bath device(200). The hip bath device a vertical partition(202), a heating member(203), control boxes(204), and a water supplying unit. The vertical partition is formed with multiple water discharging holes(201). The heating member is fixed on a bottom surface in the water tank. The control boxes, connected with the heating member in a line, heat the heating member selectively.
