A fireproof polyester-based resin composition, and a plastic molded product are provided to improve fire-proofness, tensile strength, thermal stability, electrical insulation and moldability. A fireproof polyester-based resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin which comprises 30-70 wt% of a polyester resin and 30-70 wt% of a polycarbonate resin; 5-30 parts by weight of a halogen compound; 0.5-5 parts by weight of antimony oxide; and 0.01-5 parts by weight of a resin stabilizer. Preferably the halogen compound comprises a bromine compound represented by the formula 1, wherein n is an integer of 3 or more; and the antimony oxide has an average diameter of 0.2-0.4 micrometers.
