A slim sliding-type opening/closing device is provided to firmly fix rails and stably support ribs by forming chambers in holder parts and forming the rails through insert molding so as to hold the ribs. A slim sliding-type opening/closing device consists of the first plate(110) and the second plate(120). Ribs(112) are formed at both sides of the first plate(110). The second plate(120) has holder parts(122) which are shaped in order to enclose the ribs(112). As each of the holder parts(122) is sectioned, section grooves are formed. Abrasion-resistant rails(130), respectively formed in the section grooves through insert molding, directly contact with the associated ribs(112). Each of the section grooves is hollowed in order to prevent each of the rails(130) from being removed.
