A magnet fastening a bolt and a nut is provided to prevent the nut from being released from the bolt. A magnet fastening a bolt and a nut comprises a circular magnet(21), a female screw(23), and a position mark(22). The circular magnet has a hole at the center through which a bolt passes. The position mark is located at one part of the circular magnet. The circular magnet is attached to the head of the bolt or to the nut by adhesive.
