A feeder carriage (204) is mounted to the frame, the feeder carriage being movable in a terminal feeding direction to an advanced position. An electric actuator (200) is mounted to the frame and joined to the feeder carriage. The actuator drives the feeder carriage in the terminal feeding direction to the advanced position to locate a terminal (110) at the termination zone.
