摘要 An air conditioner for cooling and heating by using a thermoelectric semiconductor and a heat pipe is provided to reduce air pollution by reducing generation of refrigerant gas by using an environment-friendly thermoelectric semiconductor and a heat pipe, and use the air conditioner permanently. A direct current power supply(21) supplies direct current power. A thermoelectric semiconductor(11) absorbs heat through one side and emits heat through the other side. A low-temperature generating chamber(10) is installed at one side of the thermoelectric semiconductor, having a two-stage cooling structure. A high-temperature generating chamber(20) is installed at the other side of the thermoelectric semiconductor, having a three-stage cooling structure. A cooling tower(50) is installed in the high-temperature generating chamber. A cooling water tank(30) connects the high-temperature generating chamber with the cooling tower. The low-temperature generating chamber is connected with the high-temperature generating chamber through a condensate inducing pipe(19).
