A gas lifter of a vehicle is provided to improve damping power, and to reduce weight and cost by a double cylindrical structure. A gas lifter of a vehicle comprises a first cylinder(10) having a cylindrical shape and including inert gas, a second cylinder(20) formed on the outer circumference surface of the first cylinder with a diameter larger than that of the first cylinder and including inert gas, a first piston(12) provided to be movable linearly in the first cylinder, a second piston(22) provided to be movable linearly in the second cylinder, a first piston rod(14) connected to the first piston and a vehicle body, and a second piston rod(24) connected to the second piston and fixed to a door.
