The device has a plastic locking case with two lateral openings and inlet openings, which captures and channels ends of a lace (4) or a cord so that the ends are pulled in two vertical pipes of a pilot point with which the pipes communicate. A liberation part made of metal resumes inner dimensions of an orifice formed by the pipes and a rectangular hole of the case, so that the case enters and slides in the part to liberate the lace.
