<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer for electrophysiological properties of cells, which readily clamps cells and quickly spreads a chemical to the external surfaces of cells after clamping. <P>SOLUTION: In the analyzer 1 for electrophysiological properties of cells, with which an extracellular fluid mixed with cells 60 is circulated in a liquid channel 14 and the electrophysiological properties of the cells 60 are analyzed in a state in which the cells 60 in a liquid are clamped by a cell clamping means arranged in the liquid channel 14, the cell clamping means comprises a capillary 5 laying the tip opening part 24 of an internal pipe conduit 23 arranged in the liquid channel 14 toward the upstream side of the liquid channel 14 and a second suction pump 43 which sucks a liquid in the liquid channel 14 through the internal pipe conduit 23 of the capillary 5 and adsorbs the cells 60 in the liquid on the tip opening part 24 of the internal pipe conduit 23 of the capillary 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
