<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resilient vibration and shorten a positioning time (reduce a cycle time) in an apparatus for controlling the positioning of an electronic component mounting device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning control apparatus includes a position controller 13 for receiving a position command generated by a position command generator 12. The position controller 13 comprises a compensator structure switching circuit 20 for switching between compensator structures, feedfowarding compensators 24, 25, and a feedbacking compensator 26. The compensator structure switching circuit 20 comprises a circuit (a) using a notch filter K1(s), and a switch means 21 for switching between the circuit (a) and a circuit (b) not using the notch filter K1(s). Switching the compensator structure switching circuit 20 into the circuit (a) using the notch filter K1(s) and the circuit (b) not using the notch filter K1(s) is made according to the movement distance of a moving object to thereby reduce resilient vibration and a positioning time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
