PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor system and a program code generation method for dynamically and efficiently generating a program code according to the change of a status. SOLUTION: This processor system is provided with: a memory device 5 for storing a first program 56 and a second program 57; a first processor 2 for instructing the generation of a program code using the first program 56 and the second program 57; and a second processor 4 for reading the first program 56 and the second program 57 from the memory device 5 in response to the instruction, and for summarizing the first program 56 and the second program 57 into one program code 58 when the first program 56 and the second program 57 are not provided with any data dependency.
