PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus which can surely fix a protective panel and is excellent in design, and to provide an attachment structure of the protective panel. SOLUTION: A portable phone 1 includes a backside case 20, a front case 40 stuck to the backside case 20, a makeup cover 60 stuck to the front face of the front case, and a display panel 80 housed between the backside case 20 and the front case 40. The display panel 80 is faced to an aperture 61 and an aperture 41, and the aperture 61 and the aperture 41 are blockaded by a transparent protective panel 90.
