PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device with easy cleaning and maintenance, capable of efficiently carrying out ventilation by a comparatively small air capacity, and preventing easy accumulation of oil contents in a suction opening. SOLUTION: The ventilation device 10 is provided with an exhaust path communicated with two suction openings 14 opened in a wall body 13 of an electromagnetic cooker 12 front face arranged in a building 11, and an exhaust device arranged in a downstream side of the exhaust path. Front view shapes of the two suction openings 14 are longitudinal rectangle shapes, and they are arranged in parallel with each other with a distance between them in a horizontal direction. The two suction openings 14 are opened in a front face panel 18 with a rectangular front view shape, and the front face panel 8 is detachably attached in an inscribed state in an opening 19 with a rectangular front view shape provided in the wall body 13 in a state communicated with the exhaust path.
