PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture-trimming bottom garment tightening the buttocks of a wearer for a proper posture without consciousness only by being worn and also enable her (him) to properly walk only by walking with the bottom on, giving stimulation to the muscle to train the gluteus maximus muscle and the luteus medius muscle so that the wearer gains a neat body proportion. SOLUTION: A posture-trimming pants 1 is designed so as to enable a wearer to sit, stand and walk each in a good posture only by wearing the garment because the garment has the following mechanism: tensile force is applied to a wing member 5 due to stretchability so that the buttocks of the wearer is effectively tightened and slightly raised upward to reinforce the force for stabilizing the pelvis and make the muscle of the back stretch most straight when seated. The position HEP of a pair of small dents generated at the buttocks parts when the hips are tightened corresponds to a position on which a pair of branched parts 5a, 5b is pressed, and thereby the hips of the wearer are tightened into small ones and hip-up effect is expected.
