WATER-REPELLENT AND OIL-REPELLENT PIGMENT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND COSMETIC CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-repellent and oil-repellent pigment which provides a cosmetic with water repellency and oil repellency when mixed with the cosmetic, has a fitness feeling to the skin and no feel of powder likeness, to provide a method for producing the same and to obtain a cosmetic containing the same. SOLUTION: The water-repellent and oil-repellent pigment subjected to surface treatment with a perfluoroacrylate copolymer represented by chemical structural formula (1) is obtained through a process for dissolving the perfluoroacrylate copolymer in an organic solvent and mixing the solution with pigment powder by a mixing disperser. The cosmetic mixed with the water-repellent and oil-repellent pigment controls the condition of makeup fading due to perspiration and dullness of color and has fitness feeling to the skin and no feel of powder likeness.
