PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IFN-βmedicinal composition suitable for being used in uses such as treatment, other researches or the like by maintaining its biological activity after preserving for a long period at a low concentration of the IFN-β, without using human serum albumin. SOLUTION: This liquid medicinal composition is provided by containing the IFN-βwith citric acid, a phosphoric acid salt and a polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene glycol as additives in a pharmacologically acceptable medium, and without containing human serum albumin. Also, the freeze-dried medicinal composition is obtained by freeze-drying the liquid composition having the equal ratios of each of the additives to the IFN-β. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
