PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleat-type filter for dust collectors which has a core member 1 having a large number of through holes in the body and a cylindrical pleat-type filter 2 attached annularly on the core member and having plate-shaped filter cloth folded in the form of pleats, with the pleats extending longitudinally, and gets the impact force of the compressed air sprayed downward from the upper-end opening of the core material mitigated by means of a support member. SOLUTION: The support member 3 which has a conical body 5 protruding inward or a semi-spherical body 6 on the upper surface, closes the lower-end opening of the core member 1 and supports the pleat-type filter 2 is arranged at the lower end of the core member 1.
