PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine improved so as to perform a smooth ball dispensing operation. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with a putout control board for executing a prize ball operation on the basis of a control command received from a main control board 1 and executing a ball dispensing operation on the basis of an instruction from a ball dispensing machine 22 to which a prepaid card is inserted. The putout control board 5 is provided with: a first transmission part for transmitting display signals received from the ball dispensing machine 22 to a number display part NUM provided in the game machine and displaying the residual number of the prepaid card; a second transmission part for transmitting switch signals corresponding to the operation of a ball dispensing switch 32b by a player to the ball dispensing machine 22 in the case that the player operates the ball dispensing switch 32b; and a third transmission part for transmitting and receiving control signals to/from the ball dispensing machine.
