A data transceiving system between wire and wireless terminals and a control method thereof are provided to transmit at least one of images or image data taken in mobile communication terminals to the wire terminals through a service server, thereby being free from restraints of storage spaces of the mobile communication terminals. Wire terminals(100) provide storage spaces capable of storing data. A service server unit(108), which consists of a PSS(Photo Synchronize Storage) sever(126), an ACS(Agent Connection Server)(110), an MCS(Mobile Connection Server)(124) and an ASD(Agent Status Database) sever(112), performs authentication for the at least one wire terminal(100), stores information on the wire terminals(100) which are successfully authenticated, and takes charge of data transceiving among wireless terminals(116). The wireless terminals(116) receive connection authentication by attempting to connect to the service server unit(108) with the wire terminals(100) through a wireless Internet network(120), and attempt to connect to a wire terminal to be connected among the at least one of the wire terminals(100), then transceive the data of the storage spaces of the wire terminals(100), only when the connection authentication is received.
