An underground corrugated double wall pipe is provided to prevent an outer pipe from being broken due to external impact by inserting partitions or reinforcing rib in a convex portion of the outer pipe. An underground corrugated double wall pipe comprises an inner pipe(20) and a corrugated outer pipe(30). The outer pipe includes a convex portion(33) and a concave portion(31). The concave portion of the corrugated outer pipe is fused to the inner pipe. A partition(37) is formed in a space inside the convex portion which is formed like a reversed U shape.
