PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emission transistor material expressing blue light emission and having good characteristics in both light emission efficiency and carrier mobility, and an organic light emission transistor element using the same.

SOLUTION: The organic light emission transistor material comprises a diarylfluorene compound expressed by formula (1) or formula (2). The organic light emission transistor element using the same is provided. In the formula (1), R1and R2may be equal or different and express each H or a straight chain or branched alkyl which may be substituted; Z expresses C-H, or N; n expresses 2 or 3. In the formula (2), R1and R2may be equal or different and express each H or a straight chain or branched alkyl which may be substituted; n expresses 2 or 3.
