<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a burden with respect to a device for recording a detection position and performing warning, in a technique for detecting a dangerous operation of a driver and recording its detection position, and issuing a warning when its own vehicle approaches the detection position. <P>SOLUTION: The warning system is equipped with (A) a drive recorder 2 for detecting a dangerous driving of the own vehicle exceeding safety standards, and outputting a detection signal representing the detection, (B) an interface connected to the drive recorder 2, and (C) a navigation apparatus 1 for the vehicle which is connected to the interface, specifies the present position of the vehicle repeatedly, acquires the detection signal output by the drive recorder 2 via the interface, and records position information of the vehicle at the dangerous driving on the basis of the acquisition of the detection signal.
