<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which may be intuitively operated by a player. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor is equipped with a manual input unit 7 which is held by player's hands for operation and a mat unit 3 which is footed by a player's foot for operation.
