PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner control device 21 capable of independently performing controls such as energy-saving control and demand control of an outdoor unit 13 only by being connected on the way of wiring 14 between an indoor unit 12 and the outdoor unit 13. SOLUTION: A relay wiring passage 35 of this air conditioner control device 21 is connected on the way of the wiring 14 applying relay voltage from the indoor unit 12 to the outdoor unit 13. By applying the relay voltage from the indoor unit 12 to the relay wiring passage 35, a timer 30 is operated, and starts its time counting. A relay contact 34b of the relay wiring passage 35 is switched off every predetermined operation stop time zone from the start of time counting of the timer 30 to stop the operation of the outdoor unit 13 for a prescribed time. The operation restraint control such as energy-saving control and demand control of the outdoor unit 13 can be independently performed only by connecting the air conditioner control device 21 on the way of the wiring 14 between the indoor unit 12 and the outdoor unit 13, thus the operation restraint control can be performed at low costs.
