PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sureness of interlock in a secondary battery pack. SOLUTION: The secondary battery pack 11 comprises a secondary battery body, a body case 13 to which the secondary battery body is attached, a lid 15 mounted on the case 13, and a breaker 19 that is an internal connection breaker for electrically connecting and interrupting the secondary battery body to and from a connector. When the lid 15 is opened, a projection 31 mounted on the lid 15 moves upward with the lid 15 and engagement of the projection 31 of the lid 15 with a boss 25b of a lock pin 25a is released. The tip of the rock pin 25a is protruded to a position B by a spring 25d to thereby disable switching of a knob 20 of the breaker 19 from an interruption position to a connection position.
