PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute information to many unspecified destinations to be desired by the provider of the information. SOLUTION: A distribution managing server 10 receives distribution information from distributor's terminals 31 to 3N and makes a broadcasting center 20 distribute conditioned distribution information including the received distribution information and distribution destination condition information showing distribution destination conditions specified by the distributor's terminals 31 to 3N with a public wave. Recipient's terminals 41 to 4N each decide whether a predetermined current state of itself meets the distribution destination conditions that the distribution destination condition information included in the conditioned distribution information indicates, and receive the distribution information included in the conditioned distribution information and display the received distribution information when deciding that the current state meets the distribution destination conditions.
