PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric sensor having high accuracy for position detection of a detection object, a sheet-like member detector, and a reflecting member for photoelectric sensor. SOLUTION: The photoelectric sensor comprises a sensor body, a reflecting member 6 disposed in opposition to the sensor body, and a bracket 12 and a shielding plate 13 capable of changing a valid area A1 of a reflecting surface 15a of the reflecting member 6.
