PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve COP while preventing a high stage side compressing mechanism from becoming a high temperature in a refrigeration system provided with a low stage side compressing mechanism and the high stage side compressing mechanism to carry out two stage compression of a coolant. SOLUTION: The refrigeration system 1 is provided with a coolant circuit 10 of a vapor compression type refrigerating cycle comprised by connecting a booster compressing mechanism 41, the high stage side compressing mechanism 11, an outdoor heat exchanger 13, a refrigeration expansion valve 32 and a refrigeration heat exchanger 31 in this order. A heat radiation heat exchanger 91 radiating heat of a discharged coolant of the booster compressing mechanism 41 to the outside air is provided between the booster compressing mechanism 41 and the high stage side compressing mechanism 11 in the coolant circuit 10.
