摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of an evaporator without deteriorating loading capacity and cost. SOLUTION: This ejector type refrigerating cycle includes: a compressor 11; a radiator 13; an ejector 14; a first evaporator 15 for evaporating coolant flowing out of the ejector 14 to exhibit cooling capacity; a branch passage 16 for dividing a coolant on the outlet side of the radiator at an inlet side of the ejector 14 and guiding the same to a coolant suction port 14b; a capillary tube 17 disposed in the branch passage 16 and forming a throttle mechanism for reducing the pressure of the coolant at the outlet side of the radiator 13; and a second evaporator 18 disposed at an outlet side of the throttle mechanism 17 to evaporate the coolant and exhibit the cooling capability, wherein the first evaporator 15 has a tank 15b for distributing and collecting a coolant flow to the plurality of tubes 21, and the capillary tube 17 is disposed in the tank 15b so that a coolant flowing through the capillary tube 17 and a coolant flowing through a space part located in an outlet part for the coolant flow in the tank 15b make heat exchange.
