PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator with an automatic ice-making machine detecting presence/absence of a water supply pipe and notifying a user by display and alarm, in the refrigerator-freezer with the automatic ice-making machine capable of optionally demounting the water supply pipe from the refrigerator. SOLUTION: This refrigerator-freezer with the automatic ice-making machine capable of optionally demounting the water supply pipe 13a from the refrigerator 1, comprises a water supply passage presence/absence-detecting means 101 for detecting whether the water supply pipe 13a is mounted or not, and an ice-making stop-displaying means 102 for displaying the stop of an ice-making operation, and disability of ice-making is displayed when the water supply pipe 13a is demounted to notify the user.
