PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of reducing interference with other components without requiring secondary processing for composing a come-off preventing structure after forming a rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: In a dynamic damper 1 equipped with a mounting bracket 2 mounted in a vibration system and a mass member 4 coupled to the mounting bracket 2 through a rubber elastic body 3, the mounting bracket 2 comprises a cylindrical body part 5 which is arranged so as to make axial directions substantially in parallel and accommodate the mass member 4, a mounting part 6 vertically provided from the cylindrical body part 5 and mounted in the vibration system, and a pawl 7 protruding on a coming-off direction side of the mass member 4.
