PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound, which can be used as a crosslinking agent, not producing problems of various kinds of processabilities when crosslinking a crosslinkable elastomer and a crosslinkable thermoplastic resin composition. SOLUTION: The isocyanurate derivative is represented by general formula (I) [wherein R1to R10are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a halogen atom; R11to R15are each independently a hydrogen atom, an arbitrary atom or an organic group, with the proviso that at least one of R11to R15is one kind of group selected from a group consisting a fluorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom and an alkyl group substituted with the above halogen atom(s)].
