PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat sliding device increased in a peeling strength, reduced in production cost and in the occurrence of sliding resistance and sound. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat sliding device is provided with: a lower rail 10; an upper rail 20 on which a belt anchor bracket 50 for fixing a belt anchor 60 is attached; and a lock mechanism 30 that locks the upper rail 20 to the lower rail 1 releaseably. The belt anchor bracket 50 includes: a rail fixing portion 51 attached to the upper surface of the upper rail 20 and comprising a plane surface parallel to this upper surface; a load distribution portion 54 extending downward from the rail fixing portion 51 and adjacent to an upper surface of the lower rail 10; and an anchor fixing portion 52 extending upward from the rail fixing portion 51 to keep the belt anchor 60 attached, and extends to the front of the upper rail 20.
