PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat sliding device which is easy to mold and to downsize. SOLUTION: A lower rail 10 comprises a base bottom portion 11, first side portions 12a, 12b, upper portions 14a, 14b, and second side portions 15a, 15b. An upper rail 20 comprises a base plate portion 21, suspending portions 22a, 22b, connecting portions 23a, 23b, and upright portions 24a, 24b. A bracket 32 is fixed on the upper rail 20 and extended along the external portion of the inside first side portion 12a. A cutout hole 28, into which a lock lever 31 is inserted, is open in the base plate portion 21 and the inside suspending portion 22a of the upper rail 20. Lock holes 13a are open in the inside first side portion 12a of the lower rail 10. Through-holes 25a, 33c, which face each lock hole 13a, are provided in the inside standing portion 24a of the upper rail 20 and the bracket 32.
