PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of being integrally attached and facilitating low flooring when the suspension device is attached to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This suspension device 1 is provided with a carrier 2 for rotatably supporting a wheel; an upper arm 5 for rockingly connecting the carrier 2 and the vehicle body and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction; a lower arm 6 positioned below the upper arm 5, rockingly connecting the carrier 2 and the vehicle body and extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction; and a toe control link 7 for adjusting an angle in the toe direction of the carrier 2 and extending in a vehicle right/left direction. The vehicle body side of the upper arm 5 and the lower arm 6 is connected to a rod-like suspension member 11 extending to an outer side in the vehicle right/left direction, the vehicle body side of the toe control link 7 is connected to the suspension member 11, and the upper arm 5 or the lower arm 6 and the carrier 2 are connected through a link 8 extending in the vehicle right/left direction.
