PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior stabilization controlling device capable of stabilizing the behavior of a vehicle in a spin state as much as possible. SOLUTION: When the spin state of the vehicle is determined (S2), all of the vehicle wheels are controlled to be in a lock state (S3) and the maximum braking force of the vehicle is exhibited, that stabilizes the vehicle behavior got into the spin state as much as possible. Furthermore, when the behavior of turning around of the vehicle in a center of gravity moving direction is detected (S5), the braking force of all the wheels is reduced gradually (S6), and by the rotation of all the wheels, the vehicle is allowed to move forward to the center of gravity moving direction so as to be returned from the spin state. When the steering operation by a driver is in conformity with the return of the vehicle from the spin state (S8), the lock state of all the wheels is released (S9), and by the rotation of all the wheels, the vehicle can be returned from the spin state easily.
