An object of the invention is to provide a door open/close device capable of unlocking/locking a door simultaneously with an operation of externally and internally opening/closing the door. The door open/close device according to the invention has: an outer door handle ( 23 ) and an inner door handle ( 24 ) gripped at the time of opening/closing a door; a door lock unit ( 22 ) for locking the door to prevent the door from being opened out of a body in which the door is closed; a door engagement unit ( 25 ) for engaging the door with the body so that the door can be opened/closed; a door disengagement/engagement operation unit ( 26 ) interlocked with an external or internal door opening/closing operation for undoing/doing the door engagement unit; a door disengagement/engagement signal detection unit ( 27 ) for generating a signal based on the operation of the door disengagement/engagement operation unit; and a body side control unit ( 28 ) for controlling undoing/doing of the door lock unit ( 22 ) based on the signal detected by the door disengagement/engagement signal detection unit.
