A device for fixing a seal to a vehicle structure comprises an intermediate mounting element secured to the seal, and a main body (11) equipped with means (19, 20) for fixing to the structure and with means for snap-fastening the intermediate mounting element. The snap-fastening means comprise: internal (25) and external (30) longitudinal guide members which are parallel and define a slot (35) for receiving a tongue of the intermediate mounting element; flexible and elastic means for connecting a central web (37) of the external longitudinal member (30) to the main body (11) to ensure that the central web (37) is able to move in the width direction of the receiving slot (35); and at least one retaining hook (38) secured to the central web (37), this hook projecting towards the inside of the receiving slot (35) and being intended to be automatically inserted into a locking opening in said tongue after the tongue has completed its insertion travel into the receiving slot (35).
